About

A studio built by someone operating across three threads.

I am building Teal Apex Group as someone who operates real things. Rental properties. Software. People depend on the outcomes either way. These threads are not separate careers. They inform each other.

The three threads

Real estate, software, and operating.

Operating

I run real things. People depend on the outcomes. That is the source of the discipline this studio applies to software. You deliver or people notice. You check your work because someone else cannot afford for you not to. The habit travels with you into every other thread.

Real estate

I operate rental properties across multiple units and manage that portfolio myself. This is where PropertyGuard comes from. I built it because the apps on the market were built by people selling, not operating.

Software

I build software for the people doing the work. PropertyGuard, and the studio behind it, comes from someone who spends their Tuesday running properties, not reading about real estate on a podcast.

Why Teal Apex exists.

Most software is built by people who are not using it. They hand you half a feature. They promise the whole thing and give you five tabs that link to five other apps. They iterate in months while you are trying to ship.

I started Teal Apex because I got tired of waiting. I ship complete versions, not five tabs that hand you to five other apps. I use what we sell. If I would not put my own work into it, it does not earn a release. Late is forgotten. Broken is not.

Software with the discipline of craft

This studio operates on a small number of strong principles. We build apps for the people running everyday operations. We do not sell investors a story. We sell users something that works.

I also help service members and veterans build AI fluency for everyday life, no charge, always. Two focus areas: personal day to day and work tasks. If that is you, email tealapexgroup@gmail.com and I will make time.
