Software, real estate, and support.
Software
My path started in cyber, then moved into software. I kept the skills sharp by building small applications I could use myself. There is a different kind of care that goes into a tool you actually plan to live with. The studio was built on that care.
Real estate
Real estate came later. Once I started running rental properties, I saw how much room the existing tools left on the table. I knew the software could be better because I was the user. DwellAtlas came from that understanding. The other apps in the queue come from the same place: a real need I have seen up close.
Support
Support is broader than any one audience. It is families trying to find more time together. Property managers who want their afternoon back. Anyone working toward something lasting, one decision at a time. The studio exists to make their work easier, and to help the people I can help directly when they ask.
