We process deletion within 30 days. Profile, payment, and non inspection content are removed permanently. Inspection records are kept for 7 years per the retention policy in our Privacy Policy, then permanently deleted; identities are stripped at the time of account deletion.

Two roles at launch:
Property Managers: full lifecycle control of properties, tenants, work orders, vendors, and reports.
Tenants: invited by their manager. Submit maintenance requests, track work orders, view documents, message their manager.

The mobile apps work offline for inspections and sync when reconnected.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Row-level security ensures each user can only access their own records.

Yes, anytime. Web subscriptions: Settings → Billing → Cancel.
Mobile in-app purchases: cancel via your Apple ID or Google Play account.
You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Yes, though it's optimized for long-term residential. Inspections, work orders, and documents work the same. Booking calendars and channel-manager integrations (Airbnb, VRBO) are not in scope for launch but are on the roadmap.
