I work with individuals figuring out where AI fits in their daily work, solo founders integrating AI into their first or second product, and real estate professionals adding AI to their operations. I am still building software and operating real estate full time, so the advice comes from a place of actually shipping.

For individuals

Career and daily use. You want to use AI well, you want to know which tools actually matter for your work, and you want a path that does not require a CS degree or a year of YouTube videos.

One to one coaching when slots open

For solo founders

Integration work. You are building a product and you want help figuring out where AI actually adds value for your users. Architecture, prompt design, evaluation patterns.

Fixed scope engagements

For real estate professionals

Operations, marketing, deal analysis. You run rentals, brokerages, or property management and you want to know where AI saves real time and money in your existing workflow.

Small number of engagements per quarter

I take a small number of clients at a time so each engagement gets real attention. If I am at capacity, I will say so and put you in the queue or recommend someone else.

I show up with operational context, not generic frameworks

I am still building software and operating real estate, so I know what it actually takes to ship something or close a deal under real constraints. The advice reflects that.

I will tell you where AI helps and where it does not

An AI feature you do not need costs time and attention you could put somewhere better. A lot of the work is helping you focus on the few additions that genuinely move things forward, so the time and budget land where they have the most impact.
