I am still building software and operating real estate full time, so the advice comes from a place of actually shipping.
Career and daily use. You want to use AI well, you want to know which tools actually matter for your work, and you want a path that does not require a CS degree or a year of YouTube videos.
Integration work. You are building a product and you want help figuring out where AI actually adds value, not just where you can stick a chatbot. Architecture, prompt design, evaluation patterns.
Operations, marketing, deal analysis. You run rentals, brokerages, or property management and you want to know where AI saves real time and money in your existing workflow.
A short engagement style note so you know what to expect before you reach out.
I take a small number of clients at a time so each engagement gets real attention. If I am at capacity, I will say so and put you in the queue or recommend someone else.
I am still building software and operating real estate, so I know what it actually takes to ship something or close a deal under real constraints. The advice reflects that.
